Consulting built for a small senior team and a lot of agents.
Most companies have adopted AI; few have found the value. AltCo helps them find where it pays and then build it. Literacy comes first, so leaders can judge what AI can and can’t do in their business. Then we map where the value is, with clear scope, cost and likely return, and build, starting where risk is low and value is high.
The model is the point. A traditional consultancy sells junior hours under a senior name. We have judgement and agents instead. I lead creative direction, product and build, and AltCo runs on systems I built: agent workflows, a shared context store, and brand guidelines written for agents to follow.
The work so far includes agentic HR for a hotel group, a prototype that became a mutual’s build specification and AI literacy for seven talent agencies.
