The work

The Partnership Group is seven talent and literary agencies under one roof in Soho, representing actors, writers, directors, voice and production talent. AI had arrived in pockets, person by person: no common vocabulary, no shared standards, and no way to tell which workflows were worth trying.

We ran three sessions at the group’s offices, shaped by a questionnaire so the material started from the work the agencies actually do. The first was AI literacy for the leadership: what the technology can and can’t do, and what adopting it well asks of the business. Two fundamentals sessions followed for more than 80 people across the seven agencies: how the models behave, live demonstrations on real agency tasks, prompting as specification, and the guardrails around data and human oversight.

The sceptics became supporters. The group left with the confidence to put AI to work, governance designed before scale rather than after, and an AI steering group that staff were asking to join before it had even formed.

The way you pitched it was perfect and the demos were spot on. Even the most sceptical of our team said how valuable the session was — they now understand the fundamentals and want to explore what’s next.
