Apple, Enterprise Next
Showing enterprises what Apple could make possible.

We’ve come to expect the care Apple puts into every interaction. Enterprise software rarely offers it: people work around clunky systems that make their work harder, not easier. Apple doesn’t do consulting, so it looked for a partner that does.
As design lead at Deloitte Digital, working with Apple’s enterprise team, I helped define and run Enterprise Next: a consulting offer that showed clients what became possible when Apple’s technology met a user-centred process. I designed the workshop structure and format, built to help people make a cognitive leap and think differently about how their organisations could work.
We ran a programme of workshops and activities that helped clients including RBS and one of the world’s largest agri-tech companies make better technology choices and investments, and create better experiences for their employees and customers.
People expect the same quality at work as at home, and enterprise software is where the gap is widest.
