Immersive Storytelling Through VR
The HSBC Digital Team was looking for a different way to communicate the real depth and scale of what they were doing to keep customers safe and financially empowered.
We created a series of concepts that would make the most of VR as a medium to communicate with press and the media in a fundamentally different way.

Amid a shifting landscape for high street banks and in preparation for the introduction of the ‘prosperous design’ strategy that would be championed by the incoming Chief Design Officer, we worked closely with the change team at the bank to ensure that digital was integrated across the business, and that a culture of customer-centricity and openness to experimentation could begin to take root.

Atypical Partner are an alternative investment firm with an abundance of talent and an aspiration to bring alternative investment funds to retail as well as institutional investors. I led a team to define what that meant, and design a digital platform that could deliver on it.

to the market and heightened customer expectations Halifax knew that the loss of 1 million visits a month from the homepage needed to be addressed. I led a team to reimagine the experience.
TESCO BANK
A world class banking app
One of the original challenger banks, I led the design team who built a five star rated app from the ground up, integrating the banking offering of Tesco Bank with the loyalty and rewards of clubcard and instore payments across all Tesco stores.
CLYDESDALE & YORKSHIRE BANK
A brand new digital bank
CYB launched a brand new banking brand with a digital first approach that joined the first wave of challenger banks to launch to the market in the UK.
We designed and built the entire digital presence of the bank across iOS, android and web.
