The work

Everyone’s agents are getting better on their own. Put two people on the same project and their agents still duplicate each other’s work, lose the decisions made in conversations they weren’t part of, and start every session by being briefed again.

Cartogra is the shared layer underneath: one record of the work that every agent reads before it writes, context any agent can use, and autonomy set action by action. It works with whichever agents people already use, and its job is to remove admin, not add review.

It began as AltStudio, our internal platform, and was rebuilt in September 2026 around what we actually needed. I lead product and build. It runs AltCo’s own work today; the waitlist is how we find the first teams outside.

Three failures that arrive when a second person works through their own agent: duplication, lost state and re-briefing.
The multiplayer problem: duplication, lost state and re-briefing.
Cartogra’s features: one body of work, the ledger, start where the work is, skills that stay current and autonomy on evidence.
The record every agent reads before it writes.
