In short

Apple doesn’t do consulting, so it sought out a partner who does. Through our partnership we helped enterprise to work the way we live using the best of Apple’s technology and services.

A better way

We’ve become used to the convenience and intuitiveness of the experience provided by Apple and companies like it, the thought that goes into every interaction, and their commitment to make life a little bit better wherever it touches. And yet, enterprise systems seem to still be stuck in an era before user experience was so highly valued, and users are expected to work around clunky systems that make their work harder, to easier.

As head of design at Deloitte Digital, and working with the apple enterprise team, I helped to define and run a consulting offering that helped clients and prospects make the leap to understand the art of the possible when the best of Apple’s technology was brought to bear, and combined with a user centred process to enable us to experience the same level of ease and convenience in our work lives as our personal lives. 

Dubbed Enterprise Next, I led on defining a workshop structure and format that would enable people to make a cognisitive leap, to think in ways they hadn’t;t before, and to understand how Apple could enable this future. 

Impact

We created and ran a programme of workshops and activities that helped a series of our clients including RBS and one of the worlds largest agri-tech companies make better choices and investments, and ultimately create better experiences for their employees and customers.
